Terms & Conditions
A- The Customer shall pay the Total Value of the Product to the Company in the following manner;
· On placing the order – 20 %
· On booking the Installation Date – 45 %
· Fortnight [14 Days] before the Installation date – 35 %
B- The Customer shall be provided a Payment Voucher for each Payment.
C- The Company shall be entitled to modify the Installation Date; in case the Customer delays the third Installment.
A. The Product shall be manufactured strictly according to the design and specifications provided by the Customer. Any changes, modifications, or additions requested thereafter shall be subject to additional charges, which will be added to the Total Contract Value.
Note: Products do not include a wooden background or base. These may be added upon the Customer’s request, at an additional cost calculated according to measurements and design.
B. The Customer confirms that they have reviewed, understood, and approved the design submitted by the sales engineer, including the type and color of wood, accessories, components, and supplies indicated. The Customer also declares that the design meets their requirements and agrees for manufacturing work to begin.
C. The Customer shall ensure that the site is ready for installation. Any delays caused by failure to meet this condition shall be the Customer’s responsibility, and any extra expenses incurred by the Company must be reimbursed by the Customer:
The site must be dry, free of dust, and accessible to workers without obstacles or risks, from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. (During Ramadan, working hours will be agreed upon separately).
The floor must be completed, and electrical power available for lighting and operation of equipment.
The location of electrical connections and water pipes must be identified accurately to avoid damage. The Company shall not be held liable for damages caused by lack of accurate information.
D. If the Customer wishes to change the installation date, they must notify the Company at least 15 days prior to the scheduled date.
Obligations in case of rescheduling:
If the Company arrives on the scheduled date and Installation cannot proceed due to site unavailability, lack of access, or electricity, the Customer shall pay a fine of AED 500/-.
If either party reschedules the Installation, the responsible party shall pay AED 250/- per day of delay to the other party.
E. Installation includes fitting a metal strip holder for closets, secured into walls and floors. Should the Customer later decide to relocate or dismantle the closets, the Company shall not be responsible for repairing damage caused by dismantling.
Warranty, Modifications & Refunds
A. The Company provides a 25-year warranty for all products from the date of installation.
B. This Warranty excludes:
Glass, mirrors, leather, fabric, electrical work, marble, basins, and related accessories.
Damages caused by accidents, misuse, or unusual weather conditions (e.g., high heat, humidity, or water leakage).
C. Lighting warranty is valid for one year from the installation date.
D. Maintenance, changes, or replacements during the warranty period depend on material availability and may not guarantee identical materials used in the original installation.
E. If the Customer requests disassembly, transfer, or reinstallation at the same location during the warranty period, an additional cost of 15% of the contract value shall apply, subject to a minimum of AED 2,500. (This excludes modifications or additions).
F. If the Customer requests disassembly, transfer, or reinstallation at a different location during the warranty period, an additional cost of 25% of the contract value shall apply, subject to a minimum of AED 2,500.
G. After the warranty period, any request for disassembly, transfer, or reinstallation shall require a new quotation, based on the condition of the products and the necessary repairs or additions.
H. The Company shall not reinstall closets that were removed by another party. Such action will void the warranty.
I. If the Customer requests cancellation of part of the product (before or after installation), the Company shall deduct 30% of the canceled portion’s value.
J. Any modifications requested before or after installation will require a new quotation and will be charged additionally as per the revised design.
K. The Company reserves the right to accept or refuse partial installation.
L. If the Customer cancels the contract before installation scheduling, the Company will refund the paid amount minus 5% of the contract value.
M. If the Customer cancels the contract after installation scheduling:
N. If the Customer cancels the contract after installation, the Company shall deduct 50% of the contract value. If glass or mirror panels were purchased specifically for the project, their full value shall also be deducted. The unused glass/mirror panels shall remain the Customer’s property.
O. Refunds shall only be issued to the contracted, registered name.
P. If the Customer is not satisfied with the product within 7 days of installation, they may request a refund, provided the product is undamaged and returned in its original condition. Refunds will not cover outsourced materials (e.g., mirrors, sliding doors).
The first maintenance visit is complimentary.
Each subsequent maintenance visit shall be charged at AED 200/- per visit.
